50 Seats

We are just very proud of you, and want to celebrate your passion, your dedication, your creativity. And its the public debut and launch of Women in SPAM community!

First come, first served.

A curated room, not an open door.

Founders, agency heads, brand-side marketers, senior freelancers — every woman here was chosen to be here. The value of this room is who's in it.

Conversations that go somewhere.

Small tables, real prompts, no small talk. Pricing, clients, campaigns, career moves — the hard stuff. You leave having talked about something that actually mattered.

Connections you'll actually use.

You won't collect 50 business cards. You'll leave with a handful of women you'll genuinely hire, refer, collaborate with, or call the next time you're stuck. Introductions are built in, not left to luck.

Good food, great goodie bags, a proper night.

Good food, great goodie bags.

Because the women who hold this industry together deserve an evening that feels like one. Curated goodie bags, good food, and a celebration with no agenda except showing up for each other.

THE COMMUNITY

Marketing looks crowded.
It's actually lonely.

You might be the only person on your team who truly gets why the caption matters. The only one who saw the trend coming. The only woman in the room when the budgets get decided. The work is everywhere — the people who understand it are nowhere near you.

And here's what no one says out loud: the way this industry actually grows careers — the good brief, the brand-side role, the collaborator who changes everything — none of it lives on a job board. It moves through rooms and relationships most women were never invited into.

Women in SPAM exists to build that room. On purpose. For us.

A room worth your time

A room worth your time

Vetted, curated members across all four corners of SPAM. No randoms, no lurkers — people whose work and word mean something.

Round tables that solve real problems

Round tables that solve real problems

Bring a live challenge — a client, a pricing question, a campaign that won't land — and leave with answers from women who've been there.

Opportunities, first

Opportunities, first

The good briefs, brand-side roles, collabs and referrals move through the community before they go public. Being in the room means being on the list.

Cross-discipline learning

Cross-discipline learning

A PR mind and a performance mind in the same conversation. You get sharper at the parts of marketing you were never trained in.

A network that's actually alive

Regular meet-ups, online and in person — not a dormant group chat, but a community you can reach into any week and get a real answer.

Member spotlights that put your name and your wins in front of exactly the right people. The club amplifies its members deliberately.

Freshers in SPAM

The on-ramp into marketing. For women who want in — learning from people already doing it, real mentorship, portfolio guidance, and a way into the industry through the women in it.

WHY WE'RE BUILDING THIS

I'm Pooja, and I run Socialion Media. I've spent years in the middle of this industry, and I kept noticing the same thing: the women doing the best work in marketing were doing it the most alone. The rooms where careers actually move weren't built for us — so we're building our own.

— Pooja Kumawat, Founder

Be in the first room.

The First Meet is how it starts. The community is why it lasts.
